What are the exchange surveillance measures/indicators?
In compliance with the exchange regulations regarding securities under surveillance, you will be shown an alert while trying to place an order in such a security. Surveillance measures include securities under the following categories:
- Additional Surveillance Measures (ASM)
- Graded Surveillance Measures (GSM)
- Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP) as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Unsolicited SMS or videos
- Promoter Pledge
- ASM Inter Creditor Agreement (ICA)
- ASM IBC
