How can I apply for a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) book through MyGeojit?
You can place a DIS book request through MyGeojit if:
- You do not have any Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) dues
- Your demat account is a single holder account
Step 1. Log in to MyGeojit and go to Services & Downloads
Step 2. Select Forms > DIS Book Request
Step 3. Select your Client ID
Step 4. If you wish to cancel any unused slips click Cancel
Step 5. Select the No. of slips required in DIS Book and Address for sending DIS Book > Submit
Step 6. Request details and DIS charges payable will be shown. If correct > Confirm
Step 7. Choose your payment mode: Online Fund Transfer / Debit Trade Code > Confirm
