Why was my fund transfer reversed?
- The trading account holder name does not match the bank account (from which funds are transferred) holder name.
- Non-provision/incorrect entry of the 10-digit account number during transfer initiation.
- Failure to provide theSwift copy (bank statement/transaction receipt) to the Stockal support team within 7 days.
In case of a reversal of funds, an additional third-party charge of $30 will apply.
