Why an error message 'Not Paid' is displayed when trying to add funds ?
An error message indicating 'Not Paid' may occasionally appear when you are adding funds to your trading platform. If your buying power is not updated after the fund transfer, check if your bank account has been debited.
If your account has been debited, kindly take a screenshot of the page that contains the amount debited or transferred to Geojit and send an email to [email protected]. We shall verify the status of the fund transfer and update your buying power.
If a bank returns a message that the payment to Geojit is 'Not Paid, it could be due to many reasons, such as:
1. The bank declined the payment - This indicates that your bank account has not been debited for the amount. This is due to the technical problem from the bank's side.
2. Request timed out: The payment gateway request to submit payment information has been timed out.
