How can I apply for an SGB online?

You can apply for an SGB online through MyGeojit:

Step 1. Log in to MyGeojit and go to Debt Securities

Step 2. Select Apply SGB/NCD/BOND

Step 3. Click Apply next to the desired issue

Step 4. Enter the Qty Applied For and Bid Price > Apply

Step 5. Confirm the order details and click Confirm

Alternatively, you can apply through the websites of listed commercial banks.

The issue price of SGBs will be Rs. 50 (per gram) less than the nominal value for investors applying and making the payment online.
