How do I unpledge my shares?

You are not required to unpledge securities to sell them; you can directly place a sell order. Geojit will release the pledge and deliver the necessary securities to the exchange.

To place an unpledge request:

Through My Geojit:

Step 1. Log in to My Geojit and go to Pledge 

Step 2. Select Unpledge 

Step 3. Select the securities you wish to unpledge 

Step 4. Enter the Unpledge Qty (if required) > Save
