Why is my trading account is inoperative?
Your trading account may be suspended/inactive due to:
- Unsuccessful welcome call verification: Your account will be suspended if you do not answer the welcome call initiated after account opening. You will be called thrice and intimated via email before suspending your account.
- Declaration of FATCA details: Your trading account will be suspended if you have not submitted your FATCA declaration.
- No email ID and mobile number: Your trading account will be suspended if an email ID/ mobile number is not registered with your account.
- Invalid bank account details: Your trading account will be suspended if a settlement pay-out is rejected due to invalid/incorrect bank details registered.
- Unregistered Annual KYC/KRA-CKYC: Your trading account will be made inactive if your annual KYC/KRA-KYC is due to be updated.
