What is 2FA? How can I set it up in my account?
As per the new exchange compliance regulations, it is mandatory to set up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) to your account by 30 September 2022. 2FA adds an extra layer of security and includes:
- Knowledge Factor- Something only you know (account password)
- Possession Factor- Something only you have (TOTP/OTP/Biometric)
From 1 October 2022, you will not be able to access our trading platforms without having one of the above-listed possession factors enabled in your account.
2FA options differ based on device-type:
