While making a fund transfer, my bank is showing the error 'Not Paid'. What should I do?

When transferring funds, please ensure that you do not close the window until the transfer is complete, and a message to that effect is displayed. If your buying power is not updated after the fund transfer, check if your bank account has been debited. 

If your account has been debited, kindly take a screenshot of the page that contains the amount debited/ transferred to Geojit and send an email to customercare@geojit.com. We shall verify the status of the fund transfer and update your buying power.

If your account has not been debited, it is possible that it is due to an issue at the bank's end.
