Why has the the funds transferred to my trading account not reflected in SELFIE / TraderX yet?
Funds transferred through Net Banking and UPI will immediately reflect in your trading account.
Funds transferred through the NEFT/RTGS/IMPS facility are normally credited to your trading account in less than an hour, and in exceptional cases (issues at the bank's end) may take up to 24 hours.
Please ensure that you do not close the fund transfer window until the transfer is complete and a message to that effect is displayed.
If your transfer isn't credited within 24 hours, kindly contact your branch or send an email to customercare@geojit.com with your transfer details. You can also call our customer care line to get further assistance.
