Why is my average rate incorrect after an off-market transfer?
The average rate shown in your Portfolio on SELFIE / TraderX is taken from your Profit & Loss Statement on MyGeojit.
The details of shares transferred off-market cannot be determined by the system as these trades were made through another broker. Hence, such transactions will have to be manually entered (by the client) and updated on MyGeojit. Refer to our article on how to update your average rate.
You can get the details of your trades from your previous broker.
