Why am I logged out of Flip after a certain time of inactivity?


As per the exchange regulations, it is advised that active log-in sessions through trading platforms should be logged out at the time of end-of-day processing (EOD)/at a defined time. 

Also, login by clients/investors should only be permitted after successful two-factor authentication (2FA).

 

At Geojit, we follow a session outage of 20 minutes; this is only if the customer is inactive in trading terminals, including Flip Web/Flip Mobile App/Selfie Platinum/MyGeojit/FundsGenie/SmartFolios. Once logged out, you can log back in to the platform at any time.
