What is a batch order? How can I place a batch order?
Batch Orders is a feature on SELFIE Platinum that allows you to place multiple orders at once. Instead of placing individual orders for each security, a batch order allows you to place multiple orders in different securities simultaneously.
This order type is particularly useful for investors who want to execute trades in a large number of securities simultaneously or want to implement a trading strategy that involves multiple securities. They can also be used for securities that have per order quantity limits in place.
To place a batch order on SELFIE Platinum:
Step 1. Log in to SELFIE Platinum
Step 2. Select the security you wish to add to your batch order
Step 3. Enter/select the desired details in the order window
Step 4. Click Batch. Do this for the desired securities
Step 5. Go to Order > Batch Order
Step 6. Select the required orders > Submit
