Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Firm account

Partnership Type	Trading Account	Demat Account
Normal Partnership Firm	Must be opened in the name of the firm.	Must be opened in the name of the partners. (up to 3)
Limited Liability Partnership Firm	Must be opened in the name of the firm.	Must be opened in the name of the firm.
