Is there any discount for retail nvestors in an OFS?
As per SEBI guidelines, sellers can offer discounts to Retail Investors. Sellers intending to offer a discount to retail investors will mention these details in the OFS announcement notice given to the exchanges (usually 2 days before the issue commencement date). The discount will be either on the bid price or the final allotment price.
