Are there any reservations for investors in an OFS issue?

The reservation shall be applicable to all retail investors who satisfy the following criteria:
- Place bids of less than Rs. 2 lakhs across exchanges under the Retail category.
- Have their PAN category as Individual/ HUF/ NRI.
If the total value of bids placed by an investor under the Retail/ Non-Retail category (across the exchanges) exceeds Rs. 2 lakhs, the bids will be considered invalid.
