How can I invest in bonds/NCDs?
You can purchase listed bonds/NCDs via FLIP
- Login to Flip
- On any watchlist, search for a bond.
- Add your preferred bond to the watchlist.
- Once the bond is added to your watchlist, hover over the bond name and find the options button.
- Click on it and select buy.
- Now choose the order type.
- Enter the quantity and price.
- Select product type and time condition.
- Once done, click on the 'Review Order' button.
- Verify your order details and click on 'Place Order'.
You can buy and sell listed bonds on the stock exchange, the same way you trade shares.
If you wish to apply for a fresh bond/NCD issue:
- Use the net banking Application Supported by the Blocked Amount (ASBA) facility provided by your bank, OR
- Submit the necessary forms at your bank branch.
