How can I get my Client Master List (CML)?
If you are an NSDL demat account holder, you can place a request for your CML through MyGeojit:
Step 1. Log in to MyGeojit
Step 2. Go to MY Account > Profile > DP info
Step 3. Select Client Master List Request
Step 4. Click Request CML
The CML will be sent to your registered email ID by the end of the day.
If you are a CDSL demat account holder, please send an email to customercare@geojit.com with your request.
Customers can also access the CML via IVR service by calling either of the following numbers from their registered mobile number:
Toll-Free: 1800 571 5501
Paid Line: 0484 619 3200
Additional Scenarios :
Unregistered Numbers: Customers will be prompted to enter their Customer ID followed by PIN for validation.
Multiple Accounts on Registered Number: Customers must enter their Customer ID followed by # for validation.
Customers whose DP is not with Geojit : Holdings statements and CML will be sourced from respective depositories and sent manually.
Unsuccessful Requests: The Customer Experience (CX) team will manually trigger the statement delivery. (Customer id and PIN is available in MyGeojit)
