How do I pledge the shares purchased under MTF ?

From 24 February 2025, OTP-based authorization for MTF pledge will no longer be required. 

When you select MTF as the product, while placing a trade, it is treated as an MTF trade. The pledge for such trades will be processed directly by the exchanges based on an intimation from the stockbroker.
