How do I Block the online access to my Trading Account?

Geojit has introduced new security feature in your trading account which allows you to voluntarily block/unblock online access to your trading account, if you suspect any suspicious activity. This measure, introduced in compliance with SEBI circular, safeguards your investments and promotes a more secure trading environment.

• Block your Account 

1. Via MyGeojit

Step 1. Login to MyGeojit

Step 2. Navigate to "User Profile".

Step 3. Select the "I wish to Freeze / Block my Trading Account" options and follow the prompt.

2. Via SMS

Step 1. Type STOPTRADE TRADECODE and send SMS to 8157832222. 

Step 2. SMS should be sent from  the Registered Mobile Number.

• Unblock your Account

Send an email to customercare@geojit.com with a request to unblock your account.
